UNIT FINANCE HEAD AGM

We are looking for an accomplished Unit Finance Head – AGM to lead financial strategy, performance, controls and commercial decision-making for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and cost-optimisation initiatives.

• Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance.

• Strengthen revenue cycle management, billing efficiency, collections and revenue-leakage controls.

• Provide financial insights for CAPEX, expansion, investments, pricing and business decisions.

• Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting and internal controls.

• Partner with hospital leadership and senior management on financial strategy and performance.

• Drive financial discipline and process improvements across the unit.

What We're Looking For

• CA / CMA / MBA – Finance from a recognised institution.

• 15+ years of Finance & Accounts experience.

• 5–7+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/hospitals.

• Strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, MIS, taxation, compliance and controls.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in profitability improvement and cost optimisation.

• Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
