Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banglore for a Unit Chef - Pan Asian Cuisines. The Unit Chef will lead the kitchen by crafting and preparing Pan Asian dishes while balancing efficiency and creativity. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and refining recipes, leading and training the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining stock and inventory for ingredients, and adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
