Responsibilities
• Administer and support SOTI MobiControl environments, including device enrollment, lifecycle management, profiles, packages, compliance policies, and automation.
• Maintain SOTI configurations, templates, and device groups aligned with enterprise standards and mobility requirements.
• Manage provisioning, patching, update cycles, application deployments, and rugged device configurations across all SOTI‑managed platforms.
• Troubleshoot mobility incidents involving device connectivity, enrollment, profile behavior, application delivery, compliance, and platform interactions.
• Support SOTI‑based logging, diagnostics, rules, and automation to improve device stability and user experience.
• Monitor system health, platform performance, and device status across all SOTI environments and escalate issues when needed.
• Support packaging, testing, and deployment of mobile applications across SOTI‑managed devices and assist with Intune.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles supporting UEM operations.
• Implement and maintain automation, dashboards, and device monitoring solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Availability and stability of assigned SOTI services and device fleets.
• Incident resolution time for mobility‑related support tickets.
• Success rate of application deployments, profiles, configurations, and patching cycles.
• Reduction in repeat issues related to device behavior, performance, or configuration.
• Accuracy and completeness of documentation and operational procedures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• SOTI or Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager certifications preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of mobile device management and Windows/Android administration required.
• Basic PowerShell or scripting knowledge preferred.
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in endpoint support, mobility management, or device administration.
• Experience supporting Windows and Android devices, device enrollment, compliance, and application delivery.
• Exposure to SOTI MobiControl, Intune, or similar UEM/MDM platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with mobility incidents involving profiles, connectivity, remote support, and application deployment.
• Basic experience with device configuration management, patching, and monitoring tools.
• Experience creating or maintaining technical documentation preferred.
Scope Factors
• Supports operational delivery of mobility and endpoint management services under general direction. No direct people or budget responsibility.
• Scope includes service support, maintenance, and administration for assigned SOTI platforms and device groups, with optional Intune support depending on workload.
• Works across infrastructure, service desk, security, and endpoint teams through matrix collaboration.
