  • Required Skills (Must Have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role)
  • Installation of UCCE components such as ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP,VVB, CUSP
  • Configuration of UCCE components
  • Consulting skills with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skill so Basic Troubleshooting/Design skills of UCCE
  • Basic Troubleshooting/Design skills of UCCE Components and Call flow.

Desired Skills (Good to have as value add to this role)

  • Overall High level Design Knowledge on UCCE Technology
  • Strong knowledge on Call flow of CVP Deployment model
  • Education &/ Additional Certification'so Bachelors / Master Degree
  • CCNA, CCNP or CCIE Certifications
