Role Summary
The Unified Communication Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and administering enterprise voice and collaboration platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, VoIP, and voice infrastructure services. The role ensures reliable, high-quality voice communication services, effective incident resolution, and continuous service improvement across the organization.

Technical Skills
- Microsoft Teams (Collaboration & Teams Phone)
- VoIP, SIP, PSTN, and voice routing concepts
- Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Dial Plans
- Call Analytics and Call Quality Dashboard
- Fax and voice service platforms
- Networking fundamentals (firewalls, QoS, connectivity)
- PowerShell Universal experience or knowledge is a plus
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications, Voice, or Collaboration support
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Microsoft Teams telephony environments
- Must have PowerShell experience developing or improving automated workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, IT, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (preferred)
- Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS – desirable)
