Job Description

Role Summary 

The Unified Communication Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and administering enterprise voice and collaboration platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, VoIP, and voice infrastructure services. The role ensures reliable, high-quality voice communication services, effective incident resolution, and continuous service improvement across the organization. 

 Required Skills & Experience 

 Technical Skills 

  • Microsoft Teams (Collaboration & Teams Phone) 
  • VoIP, SIP, PSTN, and voice routing concepts 
  • Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Dial Plans 
  • Call Analytics and Call Quality Dashboard 
  • Fax and voice service platforms 
  • Networking fundamentals (firewalls, QoS, connectivity) 
  • PowerShell Universal experience or knowledge is a plus 

 Experience & Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications, Voice, or Collaboration support 
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise Microsoft Teams telephony environments 
  • Must have PowerShell experience developing or improving automated workflows 
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, IT, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience 

 Certifications  

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (preferred) 
  • Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS – desirable)
