Key Responsibilities
• Provide L3 support for Microsoft Teams environments, including Teams Telephony and Teams Rooms.
• Manage and support Teams Telephony, including: o Session Border Controllers (SBC) o Direct Routing configurations
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Teams calling and telephony-related issues.
• Support and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) setups across meeting spaces.
• Handle devices and systems related to Teams Rooms, including: o Windows-based systems o Lenovo devices o Logitech conferencing equipment
• Ensure smooth functioning of team meetings and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot issues related to audio/video conferencing, connectivity, and meeting experience.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure uptime and performance of communication systems. Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony
• Experience with SBC (Session Border Controller)
• Knowledge of Direct Routing in Teams
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
• Familiarity with Windows-based meeting room systems
• Experience working with Lenovo and Logitech meeting room devices
• Experience in managing Teams meetings and collaboration environments
