We are looking for a dedicated Ultipro (UKG Pro) Support Consultant to provide L1/L2/L3 functional and technical support for HR and Payroll systems. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, configure enhancements, and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Ultipro system support, addressing functional and technical queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing, employee data, benefits administration, and talent management issues.
- Assist with system configuration, security roles, workflows, and custom reports within Ultipro.
- Support payroll tax reporting, compliance updates, and integration maintenance.
- Monitor HRIS data accuracy and resolve discrepancies between Ultipro and other HR systems.
- Work with UKG support for escalations, patches, and system updates.
- Assist in employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS) portal optimizations.
- Provide training and documentation for end users to maximize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to assess and implement system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with US payroll and labor laws, supporting audits and regulatory changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Ultipro (UKG Pro) support, HRIS administration, or payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, HR workflows, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Ultipro configurations, report writing (Cognos, BI), and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HR/payroll integrations (API, SFTP, middleware) for connecting Ultipro with external systems.
- Knowledge of US payroll tax laws, deductions, and compliance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in retail or multi-state workforce management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- UKG Pro (Ultipro) Certified Professional
- HRIS or Payroll Certifications (e.g., CPP, SHRM-CP)
