Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UKG WFM Pro Consultant with strong expertise in design, configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations using Dell Boomi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting UKG Workforce Management (WFM Pro), designing integration solutions, resolving complex system issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize workforce management processes.
This role requires a blend of functional and technical expertise across UKG WFM Pro modules, integration architecture, and end-to-end system support.
Key Responsibilities
UKG WFM Pro Administration & Configuration
- Design, configure, and maintain UKG WFM Pro solutions.
- Configure pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, scheduling, labor levels, and workforce management processes.
- Support business users with system enhancements and optimization initiatives.
- Perform impact analysis for new requirements and system changes.
- Develop functional and technical documentation.
Integration Design & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG WFM Pro and external systems.
- Build and support inbound and outbound interfaces using Dell Boomi.
- Develop integrations involving:
- HRIS systems
- Payroll systems
- ERP applications
- Timekeeping and scheduling platforms
- Third-party vendors
- Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies.
- Monitor interface performance and implement enhancements.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Investigate and resolve complex UKG WFM Pro production issues.
- Analyze timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and attendance-related problems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams during issue resolution.
Stakeholder Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
- Provide system recommendations and best practices.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on UKG Workforce Management Pro (Dimensions/Kronos) experience.
- Strong expertise in:

- Experience designing and supporting UKG integrations.
- Hands-on Dell Boomi development experience.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience troubleshooting production support issues.

- Experience with:

- Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
- Knowledge of payroll processes and workforce compliance.
- Experience working in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or financial services environments.
- UKG certifications preferred.
