Job Description

Configure and support Kronos WFC / UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities.
Develop and manage interfaces using WIM for WFC and UKG Pro WFM platforms.
Integrate workforce management systems using middleware technologies such as Dell Boomi.
Support workforce management processes including leave management, overtime tracking, compliance monitoring, and employee self-service.
Monitor workforce productivity, utilization, idle time, and incentive pay activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional consulting support.
Ensure smooth implementation, optimization, and maintenance of workforce management solutions.
