Job Description

Ability to support configuration workshops and documentation of design decisions on the following modules: Talent Acquisition / Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Voice, and HRSD (Document Manager, People Assist).
Ability to execute system configuration on the modules identified above, and coordinate build support with other team members on the HCM workstream
Ability to define testing scenarios across these modules, author test scripts, stage necessary data, execute testing and document results.
