About the Role
AiFA Labs is looking for a highly skilled UKG Kronos Consultant with deep expertise in advanced and latest UKG concepts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing UKG (Kronos) solutions to enhance workforce management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management solutions
- Configure and optimize modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling
- Work on latest UKG Pro WFM features, including integrations and automation capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Design and implement complex pay rules, workflows, and compliance configurations
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
- Integrate UKG with HRIS, Payroll, and other enterprise systems
- Stay updated with the latest UKG releases and industry best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management
- Strong expertise in advanced UKG concepts and latest platform capabilities
- Experience with modules like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Analytics
- Solid understanding of workforce compliance, labor laws, and payroll integration
- Experience in UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- UKG/Kronos certifications
- Experience working in global environments
- Exposure to AI-driven workforce analytics or automation is a plus
