Brief Description
Role Purpose
We are looking for a UKG Implementation & Configuration Specialist to help further develop and optimize our UKG HR platform.
The system is already live, but we are continuing to expand its capabilities and integrate it with other business systems including Payroll, Finance, and operational platforms.
This role will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and operational teams to configure UKG modules, support integrations, improve HR processes, and ensure the system continues to evolve with the needs of the business.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UKG configuration, workforce management systems, and HR system integrations. The role works closely with teams based in the UK, so strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones are important.
Key Accountabilities-
UKG System Configuration
Configure And Optimize UKG Modules Including
Core HR
- Workforce Management / Time & Attendance
- Pay rules and work rules
- Scheduling
- Absence and accrual policies
Translate business requirements into scalable system configuration.
Support ongoing improvements to existing HR workflows and processes.
System Integration
Assist With Integrations Between UKG And Other Platforms Including
- Payroll systems
- Finance platforms (such as Business Central)
- Operational systems
- Active Directory
Support API and middleware integrations using UKG OneView Connect or similar tools.
Help automate data flows between HR, payroll, and finance systems.
Implementation & Optimisation
Perform Hands-on Configuration And Support Further System Implementation Including
- New module rollout
- Process redesign
- System configuration improvements
- Enhancing payroll and workforce calculations
Ensure system configuration supports multi-country workforce requirements.
Testing & Support
- Develop and execute test scripts for new configuration
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot system issues with HR, IT, and UKG partners
- Provide post-implementation support and improvements
Reporting & Data
Build And Support HR Reporting Including
- Workforce metrics
- Labour cost analysis
- HR operational and workforce reporting
- Work with SQL or BI tools where required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with UKG Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM, or UKG Dimensions
- Hands-on experience configuring pay rules, scheduling, and time & attendance
- Experience supporting HR system integrations
- Experience working with APIs or middleware platforms
- Strong data skills (SQL or data mapping)
- Strong written and spoken English required for collaboration with UK stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience with UKG OneView Connect
- Exposure to Payroll or Finance system integration
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
- Experience working with multi-country HR systems
- Experience working with HRIS implementations or HR technology platforms

- Support the implementation of additional integrations between UKG and payroll, finance, and operational systems.
- Improve automation of HR data flows and reduce manual processes.
- Deliver clear documentation of system configuration and processes.
Build strong working relationships with HR, IT, and operational teams in both India and the UK.
