UKG Functional Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing for various Kronos applications including:
• Kronos Timekeeping and Activity Management
• Device (Clock) Management
• Admin (Setup) functions
• WIM or Boomi Integration
• People Editor
• Payroll and Scheduling Applications
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test plans to ensure the application functionality meets business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and report defects in the system and collaborate with development teams for timely resolutions.
• Ensure that Kronos systems and integrated applications are functioning optimally across various modules.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience in testing Kronos Timekeeping, Activity Management, Device Management, and Scheduling Applications.
• Experience with WIM and Boomi Integration.
• Strong understanding of Payroll systems and how they integrate with other applications.
• Familiarity with People Editor and related features.

• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
