Job Title : UKG Dimensions Consultant

An experienced UKG Dimensions Consultant with 3–5 years of relevant experience in UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support UKG Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within UKG Dimensions.
• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support integrations with payroll, HR, and other enterprise applications.
• Perform testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Provide ongoing system support and enhancements.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in UKG Dimensions.
• Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and support activities.
• Good understanding of payroll and HR integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on end-to-end UKG Dimensions implementations.
• Knowledge of Kronos/UKG products and workforce management best practices.
• Relevant UKG certifications will be an added advantage.
