UKG Dimensions Consultant

We are looking for an experienced UKG Dimensions Consultant with 3–5 years of relevant experience in UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Configure and support UKG Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance.

· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within UKG Dimensions.

· Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.

· Support integrations with payroll, HR, and other enterprise applications.

· Perform testing, documentation, and end-user training.

· Provide ongoing system support and enhancements.

Required Skills:

· 3–5 years of experience in UKG Dimensions.

· Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.

· Experience in configuration, implementation, and support activities.

· Good understanding of payroll and HR integrations.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working on end-to-end UKG Dimensions implementations.

· Knowledge of Kronos/UKG products and workforce management best practices.

· Relevant UKG certifications will be an added advantage.
