Job Description

Experience: 8+ years

Work Schedule: Remote | 34 hours/day (PST)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UKG Consultant to support configuration, integration, and optimization of UKG (UltiPro) HCM solutions. This role is highly skill-focused and ideal for a senior consultant who can work independently in a part-time, remote setup.

Core Technical Skills (Must-Have):

  • UKG Pro (UltiPro) HCM platform
  • UKG modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance
  • Business Process Configuration (BPC)
  • UKG Integration Hub & APIs
  • Data imports/exports, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Payroll tax setups and compliance support
  • SQL or advanced data querying (preferred)
  • Experience with HRIS integrations (e.g., ADP, Workday, third-party vendors)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support UKG Pro modules based on business needs
  • Manage integrations, data flows, and system enhancements
  • Provide production support, issue resolution, and optimization
