Engineering Industries Excellence is seeking a Senior Consultant with proven expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), specifically across the Timekeeping, Accruals, and Integration (Boomi) modules.
The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project lifecycle experience, from requirements gathering and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support and hold certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Integrations).
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy UKG Pro WFM solutions following best practices and client specifications.
- Manage and support system integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware tools.
- Provide expertise in time management, accrual policies, and data integration.
- Facilitate client workshops, testing sessions, and training activities.
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (or Dimension) implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Timekeeping and Accruals modules.
- Experience with Integration tools, ideally Dell Boomi.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from discovery to go-live.
- Certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module (e.g., Timekeeping, Accruals, or Integration).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
