Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of business tax clients independently
Prepare corporate tax and business tax returns
Ensure timely filings and payments with HMRC
Deliver ad-hoc tax advisory under guidance of Tax Directors
Collaborate with accounting, payroll, and company secretarial teams
Maintain and manage strong client relationships
Assist team members and provide tax guidance across departments
Support client projects, research, and implementation
Assist in billing and workflow reporting
Contribute to business planning and budget tracking with Tax Managers
Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for junior team members

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business or corporate tax
CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (preferred)
Strong client servicing and communication abilities
Experience in managing deadlines and tax compliance processes
Leadership and people development capabilities
Comfortable with cross-team collaboration and escalation
