Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven UK Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for UK-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UK hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UK-based roles across IT/Non-IT domains.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close positions within defined TAT.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure high-quality submissions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in UK recruitment or US staffing(Direct clients only)
- Strong understanding of UK job market, hiring practices, and visa norms (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Ability to work in UK shifts and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
