Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a UK Rating - Reporting Analyst to manage and analyze critical property data, generating insightful reports to support our National Rating team. This role requires meticulous data maintenance, advanced reporting skills, and a collaborative approach to enhance data quality and achieve core business objectives.
What this job involves
CRM Data Maintenance
- Maintain property-based information within CRM platforms, including understanding, extracting, and accurately entering data.
- Manage multiple CRM platforms and projects, while adhering to time constraints and expectations.
- Possess a good understanding of various sales cycles and stages.
- Analyze databases and large volumes of data, and be familiar with querying case management system records.
Reporting and Analysis
- Extract data and create comprehensive reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Transform raw data into meaningful formats and provide actionable insights to team leads.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with teams across the national rating team to improve data capturing and database quality.
- Contribute information to enable rating teams to meet their core objectives and targets within set timelines.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed about task progress and communicate timelines clearly.
- Adopt a problem-solving attitude towards requests and strive for automated solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient user of Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in reporting and analytics.
