Job Title - UK Pension and Payroll

Experience - 5-7 years

Location - Greater Noida (onsite)

Role overview:

We are seeking a UK Payroll professional with hands-on experience in UK Payroll Processing. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliations, and employee payroll queries while ensuring accuracy and adherence to UK payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on time.

• Manage PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, and other statutory deductions.

• Handle P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.

• Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports.

• Ensure compliance with UK payroll and pension regulations.

• Resolve employee payroll-related queries.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.

• Support payroll audits and process improvements.

Key Skills Required:

• 5 -7 years of UK payroll processing and pension experience.

• Strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, and SMP.

• Experience with P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.

• Understanding of UK pension regulations and compliance.

• Ability to reconcile payroll reports and statutory deductions.

• Experience handling employee payroll queries.

• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. • Relevant payroll certifications will be an added advantage.
