UK Payroll Subject Matter Expert – Chennai (02:00 PM to 12:00 AM) - MNC

We're hiring a UK Payroll SME to lead and manage end‑to‑end payroll operations for our UK workforce. This role demands deep expertise in UK payroll legislation, statutory compliance, and best‑practice payroll governance.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years

Bachelor's degree
Strong hands‑on experience in UK payroll processing
In‑depth knowledge of PAYE, NIC, statutory payments, and UK pension schemes
Expertise in HMRC reporting and RTI
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS integration is an advantage

Location: Chennai

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 02:00 PM to 12:00 AM
