We are seeking an experienced UK Payroll Delivery Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, specifically within the UK payroll framework, and will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes for our UK clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for UK clients.
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and laws.
  • Oversee payroll data management and reporting.
  • Coordinate with finance and HR teams for accurate payroll processing.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide timely solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior payroll staff in the team.
  • Implement payroll best practices and process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 11-15 years of experience in payroll management, specifically in UK payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in payroll software and systems (e.g., Sage, ADP, or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience in leading a payroll team and managing complex payroll operations.
