We are seeking an experienced UK Payroll Delivery Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, specifically within the UK payroll framework, and will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes for our UK clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for UK clients.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations and laws.
- Oversee payroll data management and reporting.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams for accurate payroll processing.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide timely solutions.
- Train and mentor junior payroll staff in the team.
- Implement payroll best practices and process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 11-15 years of experience in payroll management, specifically in UK payroll.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in payroll software and systems (e.g., Sage, ADP, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience in leading a payroll team and managing complex payroll operations.
