Study Info Centre is a fast-growing international education and EduTech company connecting students and education agents with top universities and colleges around the world.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated UK Market & Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our UK recruitment portfolio. The role focuses on securing new university agreements, managing university partnerships, supporting agents, ensuring compliance, and driving application growth for UK institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
University Partnerships & Agreements
- Identify, approach, and secure new agency agreements with UK universities, colleges, and pathway providers
- Negotiate terms, commission structures, and onboarding requirements with institutions
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing UK partner institutions
- Coordinate contract renewals and ensure agreement compliance
UK Market & Admissions Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all UK-related admissions and academic matters
- Coordinate with institutions on intakes, entry requirements, scholarships, and deadlines
- Stay updated on UK market trends, institutional policies, and admission changes
Agent & Application Management
- Support and guide agents on UK application and documentation requirements
- Monitor application quality, turnaround times, and offer/CAS conversion rates
- Follow up with agents to increase consistent and quality UK application submissions
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct regular UK product and admissions training for internal teams and partner agents
- Update teams on UKVI rules, CAS issuance, credibility interviews, and compliance updates
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure applications meet UKVI, institutional, and internal compliance standards
- Identify risk patterns (finance, academic gaps, visa refusals) and take preventive actions
Performance & Reporting
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly UK application and enrolment targets
- Prepare performance reports on university agreements, agent activity, and conversion ratios
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience handling UK student recruitment
- Strong understanding of UKVI regulations, CAS process, and admissions workflow
- Proven experience working with education agents and university partners
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a UK University Representative, Destination Manager, or Admissions Manager
- Exposure to AIRC, British Council, or similar compliance frameworks
- Experience working in South Asian student markets (Nepal, Bangladesh, India, etc.)
