UK/Indian Team leader Position

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader – UK / Indian Accounting to manage accounting operations, supervise team deliverables, and ensure accurate financial reporting for UK and Indian clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, team handling capabilities, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a balance of technical accounting expertise, client coordination, and leadership skills to ensure smooth execution of bookkeeping, compliance, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling UK and Indian accounting processes
• Review bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end activities
• Coordinate with clients for accounting data, queries, and reporting requirements
• Monitor team productivity, task allocation, and quality of deliverables
• Support in handling GST, TDS, VAT, payroll, and statutory compliances as applicable
• Train, mentor, and guide junior team members
• Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to accounting standards
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth workflow management
