Are you an experienced compliance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment We're looking for an Assistant Manager – UK Healthcare Compliance to join our growing team!

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a compliance team leadership or management role

Strong experience in compliance auditing and audit processes

Previous experience managing a team of at least 8 people

Demonstrable experience managing diverse, multi-level teams

Preferred: Experience within the UK Healthcare Compliance sector

Experience in Quality Assurance, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance

Strong experience in team performance management, reporting and people management
