Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Finance Manager to take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and compliance for production/operations-led accounts. The role requires strong UK bookkeeping exposure, deep FP&A expertise, and the ability to partner closely with stakeholders while managing budgets and cost controls effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end financial management for assigned production/operational accounts.
- Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage cost control, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Handle UK bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and performance analysis.
- Act as an Account/Assistant Manager, managing deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
- Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, cost management, and reporting.
- Proven UK bookkeeping experience (mandatory).
- Experience in financial compliance and controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to production or operations finance is a strong advantage.
Qualifications:
CA / ACCA preferred
