Job Summary
We are looking for a UK/EU Recruiter with 1+ year of hands-on hiring experience to support end-to-end recruitment across the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of regional hiring practices, and the ability to manage multiple roles across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UK and EU-based roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across UK/EU time zones
- Understand and apply UK/EU employment norms, salary benchmarks, and notice periods
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS / recruitment trackers
- Provide regular hiring updates and reports to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of recruitment experience focused on UK and/or EU hiring
- Strong understanding of UK/EU job markets and talent sourcing strategies
- Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT / Contract / Permanent roles (specify as needed)
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
- Ability to work with international stakeholders and strict timelines
- Familiarity with ATS tools and Excel-based tracking
- Willingness to work UK/EU shifts when required
