Job Description:

We are hiring a driven UK/EU Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the UK and European markets. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while maintaining compliance with UK/EU hiring regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for UK/EU positions
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
• Screen and interview candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers and manage offer & onboarding processes
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate ATS documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 25 years of UK/EU recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU hiring practices & GDPR
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
