Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented UK Recruiters to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards (Monster, Indeed) LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.
Understand client requirements by analyzing job descriptions and determining key skills and qualifications needed.
Engage with candidates to build relationships, understand their career aspirations, and match them with appropriate opportunities.
Collaborate with account managers and hiring teams to deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
