UK Accountant 3+ Years UK/KPO Experience | Work From Home

A2Z Accounting Solutions Ltd is a growing UK Firm of Chartered Certified Accountants supporting businesses across the UK with accounting, tax, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and business advisory services.

We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to join our remote India team.

You must have at least 3 years of hands-on UK accounting experience, gained within a UK accountancy practice or UK-focused KPO, with strong practical experience in:

• Bookkeeping

• UK VAT returns

• Management accounts

• UK year-end accounts

• QuickBooks Online and/or Xero

Excellent spoken and written English is essential. You must be confident communicating directly with UK clients by phone, Teams/Zoom and email.

You should be able to work independently, identify issues, manage deadlines and take ownership of your work with minimal supervision.

The learning and development opportunity is extremely strong. You will get broad, hands-on exposure to real UK clients, complex situations and multiple areas of accounting rather than being restricted to one repetitive process. For the right person, 3 months with us can provide more practical learning and exposure than several years in a narrowly structured KPO role.
