Job Summary

Salesforce CRM platforms.
The candidate should have strong design thinking capabilities, expertise in healthcare workflow design, and experience crafting intuitive Salesforce-based user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with business teams, developers, Salesforce architects, and product stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify pain points and improve experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Design interfaces for Salesforce Lightning / Health Cloud / Experience Cloud platforms.
- Translate healthcare business requirements into effective UX solutions.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.
- Participate in design reviews and iterative feedback cycles.
