Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.

Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows.

Translate business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions.

UX Design

Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction designs.

Define information architecture and navigation systems.

Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.

UI Design

Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces.

Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

Ensure responsive and accessible design across devices.

Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders.

Participate in design reviews and sprint planning sessions.

Provide clear design specifications and support development teams.

Optimization & Improvement

Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics.

Continuously improve usability and user satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as:

o Figma

o Adobe XD

o Sketch

o InVision

Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.

Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise platforms.

Knowledge of usability testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, etc.).

Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions.
