- Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences, reflecting the synthesis of good visual and interaction design principles.
- Well-versed in using design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, inVision, Principle, Adobe Suite) to create top notch products and deliverables.
- In-depth knowledge of native behavior of iOS, android design patterns and responsive web design standards. Cherry on top if you have prior experience in creating micro-interactions and animations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate your ideas with stakeholders.
- Effective at managing your time and maintain quality of deliverables.
- Experience working with cross functional teams effectively and provide (and accept) constructive design feedback.

Other Important Pointers
- 2 Days work from office - Tuesday & Thursday + 1 Day (as in when required)
- While sharing profiles please ensure that all profiles shared to us will be having an attachment/link of the candidates portfolio
- No weekend support required however occasionally can request to work on weekend
- Shift Timing - 11 - 8 2 - 11 PM to manage stakeholders across globe and be available beyond 8 PM occasionally when received any calendar invites
- Also, there would be 1 assessment test which would be given mostly post L1 round and 48 hours to be given for the assessment to be performed by the candidate and basis which 2 round would be done
