Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UiPath Technical Lead with strong expertise in UiPath Test Suite and regression test automation to lead enterprise-level automation testing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical leadership and hands-on development expertise to design scalable automation frameworks, drive best practices, mentor teams, and deliver robust regression automation solutions aligned with business and quality goals.
This role demands deep knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, CI/CD integration, automation governance, and enterprise automation architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Define and implement enterprise-grade automation testing frameworks and best practices
- Own the roadmap for regression test automation, including CI/CD integration and test data strategies
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure scalability and reusability
- Establish governance processes, documentation standards, and reusable asset frameworks
Automation Development
- Design, develop, and maintain complex automation workflows using UiPath tools
- Build reusable frameworks, libraries, and modular components
- Automate high-priority regression scenarios and troubleshoot complex automation issues
- Participate in POCs and evaluate new automation tools and technologies
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide UiPath developers
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams
- Act as SME for debugging, selector optimization, and stability improvements
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Track automation KPIs such as test coverage, success rate, and efficiency
- Enhance reliability and reduce maintenance overhead
- Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and release standards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in automation practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in UiPath development and automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- UiPath Studio
- UiPath Orchestrator
- UiPath Test Suite & Test Manager
- REFramework
- Regression Test Automation
- Experience designing scalable automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of:
- CI/CD pipelines
- API & UI automation
- Integration testing
- Test data management
- Version control tools (Git/SVN)
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex automation issues
- Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise automation governance and release management
