We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate with business teams to automate complex processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Develop reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to optimize automation solutions
- Perform testing and debugging of UiPath workflows to ensure robust automation
- Monitor, maintain, and support existing automation bots and workflows
- Implement best practices and coding standards in UiPath development
- Create technical documentation including process design documents, test cases, and user guides
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful bot deployment and integration
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams
Required Skills:
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
- Experience in designing automation workflows using variables, arguments, control flow, and exception handling
- Good understanding of UI automation, data scraping, and integration with other systems
- Proficient in scripting languages like VB.NET or C#
- Experience with orchestrating bots and managing schedules using UiPath Orchestrator
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath Certified Professional (UiARD, UiRPA, or UiDE)
- Experience with other RPA tools and technologies
- Knowledge of database queries (SQL) and working with Excel automation
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure is a plus
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations with RPA
