Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UIPath Developer located in Gandhinagar. The UIPath Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying robust and scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath. Key day-to-day tasks include analyzing automation opportunities, creating scripts, debugging processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. The role involves maintaining and improving existing automations and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, document, and optimize business processes for automation.
- Automate processes involving ERP platforms like IFS, as well as web and desktop applications, file systems, databases, and email.
- Implement scalable solutions using best practices including modular workflows, queues, exception handling, and secure credential management.
- Conduct testing, UAT, and deployment with full documentation (PDD, SDD, test scripts).
- Monitor and maintain bots in production environments, handling incidents and continuous improvements.
- Participate in global automation initiatives and contribute to a reusable asset library.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
- Deep expertise with UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and Attended/Unattended Bots.
- Proven experience automating ERP systems such as IFS or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python for custom automation logic.
- Experience with Document Understanding, OCR, and handling unstructured data.
- Familiar with SQL queries and integration via REST APIs.
- Proficient in Agile development, version control (Git), and issue tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
Preferred Experience
- Global automation rollout experience across multiple sites or regions.
- Experience working with IFS Applications, Power BI, or Power Platform is a plus.
- RPA Certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer (UiARD) required; Solution Architect is a bonus.
