We are building next-generation Agentic Process Automation solutions using UiPath's latest platform capabilities, combined with AI, LLMs, and modern system integrations.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced UiPath Developer with a strong foundation in RPA and Intelligent Automation, and hands-on exposure (or strong interest) in Agentic AI concepts and UiPath's new Agentic Architecture (Maestro, Autopilot, AI Center, etc.).
You will be responsible for building scalable, production-ready automations, working closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts to deliver measurable business outcomes for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automations following enterprise best practices
- Build workflows using UiPath Studio / StudioX / Studio Web
- Implement Agentic workflows using UiPath Maestro and orchestrated task flows
- Work with UiPath Orchestrator, queues, assets, triggers, and schedules
- Leverage UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, and Action Center where applicable
- Integrate automations with ERP, CRM, web applications, APIs, databases, and legacy systems
- Participate in solution discussions, effort estimations, and technical design reviews
- Ensure code quality, reusability, exception handling, and performance optimization
- Support UAT, production deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve automation maturity
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development
- Strong understanding of:
- UiPath Studio & Orchestrator
- REFramework, queues, assets, triggers
- Exception handling and logging
- Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and AI Center
- Exposure to Agentic AI concepts or UiPath's Agentic features (Maestro, Autopilot, task orchestration)
- Experience integrating with:
- Web applications
- APIs
- Databases (SQL)
- ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Strong understanding of automation lifecycle, SDLC, and best practices
Good to Have
- Experience working on enterprise automation programs (not just individual bots)
- Exposure to LLMs / GenAI integrations (Azure OpenAI, AWS, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Python or .NET (C#)
- UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer or higher)
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Finance automation
- Familiarity with process discovery, ROI analysis, and automation pipelines
