We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UiPath Automation Testing Engineer with a strong background in RPA process validation and end-to-end automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for UiPath solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation projects.

Location: Trivandrum/Bangalore and based on the requirement need to travel Onsite(MiddleEast)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for UiPath RPA workflows.
- Collaborate with RPA developers and business analysts to understand automation requirements and test objectives.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing of UiPath processes.
- Identify and document defects and track them through to resolution.
- Create test plans, test scenarios, and test data in alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct performance and scalability testing of RPA bots.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
- Implement CI/CD test pipelines for automated testing in UiPath Orchestrator and Test Suite.
- Provide detailed test status reports and metrics to project stakeholders.
- Contribute to test automation framework development and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years in UiPath automation testing.
- Proficiency with UiPath Test Suite and experience with Test Manager, Studio Pro, and Orchestrator.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Selenium (for hybrid testing), and Postman (API testing).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
