Role Description:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to support the design and development of user-centric digital experiences aligned with business and marketing objectives. The role involves creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for websites, landing pages, and web/mobile applications. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to translate requirements into structured user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring usability and consistency across all platforms. This position requires strong design thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver solutions within defined timelines in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital products
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Create user flows and journey maps to enhance user experience
- Ensure consistency in design systems, components, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams for project execution
- Conduct basic user research and usability analysis to improve designs
- Optimize designs for responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final outputs meet project requirements
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Organize and maintain design systems, assets, and documentation
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing
- Understanding of typography, color systems, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand and usability standards
