UI/UX Trainer - Junior

This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Mentor - Junior role located in New Delhi. The mentor will be responsible for guiding and teaching students in the principles of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design through practical and hands-on sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating design techniques, assisting students in creating mockups and prototypes, providing feedback on their work, and helping them understand the nuances of visual and user-centered design. You will foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment and ensure students are equipped with the skills needed for the industry.

• Expertise in Mockups and Visual Design to help students develop aesthetically appealing and functional designs.
• Proficiency in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) to guide students in building user-friendly and interactive digital experiences.
• Knowledge of Front-End Development to provide insights into the technical aspects of implementing design concepts.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to effectively teach and motivate students.
• Experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Understanding of current industry trends and standards in UI/UX and web design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
