Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX & Graphic Designer Trainee who is passionate about design, visual communication, and emerging AI tools.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of UI/UX design, graphic design, AI-generated videos, and video editing. You will work closely with our design and product teams to create digital experiences, marketing creatives, corporate videos, reels, and product demo content.
This is a learning-focused role, so strong creativity, willingness to learn, and a good design sense are more important than professional experience.
What You'll Work On
UI/UX Design
- Create basic UI designs for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Understand user flows, wireframes, layouts, and basic UX principles.
- Create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with design systems, components, colors, typography, and spacing.
- Convert ideas and requirements into simple visual designs.
- Create prototypes and interactive screens using Figma.
Graphic Design
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create basic branding and visual communication assets.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and brand guidelines.
- Design creative assets for internal and external communication.
AI Video Generation
- Explore and use AI tools for generating videos and visual content.
- Create simple AI-generated promotional and creative videos.
- Experiment with AI-generated visuals, animations, transitions, and effects.
- Use AI tools to speed up the creative and video production process.
Video Editing
- Edit simple corporate reels and short-form videos.
- Create basic product/demo videos.
- Add text, transitions, music, subtitles, images, and simple animations.
- Edit videos for social media and internal/external communication.
- Understand basic video composition, pacing, and storytelling.
Tools / Skills
Must Have – Basic Knowledge
- Figma
