We are currently looking for experienced UI/UX Testers with a strong focus on UAT and user experience validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform UAT testing with a focus on UI/UX quality and usability
• Validate user journeys, accessibility, and overall experience
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and development teams in Agile environments
• Identify usability issues and provide actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAT UI/UX Testing
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with accessibility tools such as NVDA, Wave, WCAG
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within Scrum teams
• Ability to validate user experience and interface consistency

Good to Have

• Insurance domain knowledge
• Certifications such as ISTQB Tester, Agile Tester
• Insurance certifications (BOI, COGI, ACOGI(E))
