UX Team Lead

Build and lead the India Design capability for the client Edward Jones across the disciplines of UX Design, Accessibility, Data Analysis and Program Operations. In partnership with client stakeholders, design leadership and the One North team, drive the expansion from a U.S.- based support model to a global design delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow a high-performing multidisciplinary Design team, up to 10 resources (Design includes UX/UI Design, Accessibility, Quantitative UX Research and Program Operations).
• Manage capacity planning, hiring, coaching, and career development.
• Own work quality, program operations, delivery, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work closely with the client's design, product and development teams.
• Drive UX design, quantitative UX research, and accessibility for client experiences, in coordination with One North. Oversee the creation and quality of deliverables.
• Represent the voice of the user, ensure the solution is effective, engaging, usable, consistent, aligned with the client's business goals and end user needs.
• Bring a strong and informed point of view of the Design process and drive process, project, and tool improvement to improve work quality, efficiencies, and drive business value.
• Support discipline and practice maturity by collaborating closely with One North.
• Champion AI-driven insights, automation, and innovation.
• Identify and surface opportunities for account growth (design and strategy opportunities, client relationship building, etc.).

Required Experience

• Strong background in hands-on UX Design. Hands-on experience in Accessibility and UX Quantitative Research a plus.
• Experience in Design Operations and/or management of multi-disciplinary UX teams.
• Proven experience building and leading multi-disciplinary UX teams.
• 7+ years of experience in UX Design.
• 2+ years leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Expert knowledge of Figma product suite.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
