UI/UX lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Lead to join our team and drive the design

vision for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, leadership

capabilities, and experience in user-centered design principles. You'll lead a team of UI/UX

designers and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to

deliver outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring high-quality design output.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative

solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user and business needs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards.

Advocate for best UI/UX practices and user-centered design across the company.

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.

Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
