Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications while adhering to best coding practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Build RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work with databases, including schema design and query optimization using MongoDB.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and enhance product development.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material-UI.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku is a plus.
- Experience with authentication methods (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
- Understanding of database design principles and server-side optimization.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
Duration: 99 days + 6 days training
Location: Work from home
Working Days: 5 days a week from Monday - Friday
Working hours: 3 flexible working hours (within 24 hours)
Stipend: UNPAID
