To-Let Globe is hiring for the role of Full Stack Developer Intern!

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications while adhering to best coding practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Build RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Work with databases, including schema design and query optimization using MongoDB.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and enhance product development.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material-UI.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku is a plus.
  • Experience with authentication methods (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
  • Understanding of database design principles and server-side optimization.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.

Duration: 99 days + 6 days training

Location: Work from home

Working Days: 5 days a week from Monday - Friday

Working hours: 3 flexible working hours (within 24 hours)

Stipend: UNPAID

Benefits: Certificate of Completion, Letter of Appreciation, and a Progress Report.
