Primary Title: UI/UX Design Intern (Remote)
About The Opportunity
A fast-moving player in the Software & Technology sector building web and mobile digital products with a strong focus on user-centered design and product experience. We solve real user problems through research-led interfaces and rapid iterationthis internship offers hands-on experience in product design, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote setup across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile experiences using modern design tools.
- Build interactive prototypes to validate product concepts and communicate design intent to stakeholders and engineers.
- Plan and conduct usability tests; synthesize insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented to spec.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, component library, and UI pattern documentation.
- Participate in product discovery sessions and support ideation with user journeys and information architecture work.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Practical experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for interface design and prototyping.
- Hands-on knowledge of wireframing and prototyping methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, including synthesis of user feedback.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first UI patterns.
Preferred
- Basic familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3 to communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience with motion/interaction prototyping tools (Principle, Framer, or similar).
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
