Roles & Responsibilities
- Gathering and evaluating the user requirements in collaboration with the product manager.
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our products.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand with respect to product vision.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- User Interface design using different tools (adobe XD or Figma, etc) as per brand guidelines and product vision.
- Design necessary graphics and icons for UI that can be used as both standard and non-standard interface elements, like menus, tabs, and custom widgets.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functions and aesthetics, and also scale the design for different device sizes as per product requirements.
- Documentation for the product, user manuals, design constraints, etc.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design, implementing the latest trends with respect to product guidelines.
- Be a part of multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms (Online portfolio link).
- Working knowledge of the design tools: Figma
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in documentation and presentation.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
