Location: Model Town, New Delhi

Days: Monday - Saturday

Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Budget: 6 to 7 LPA (depending on experience)

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can blend design strategy with execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce design, the ability to create user-friendly digital experiences, and the creativity to craft impactful brand visuals. This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between product design (UI/UX) and brand communication (graphics) to ensure consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile.
• Translate ideas, business goals, and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across product platforms.
• Create optimized user journeys for e-commerce touchpoints: homepage, product listing, PDP, cart, and checkout.
• Collaborate with tech teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth handoff.

Graphic Design

• Conceptualize and design marketing creatives, social media assets, banners, and campaign visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and campaign touchpoints.
• Deliver high-quality creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
• Support product and marketing campaigns with engaging, brand-aligned visuals.

Collaboration & Optimization

• Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align on design objectives.
• Support A/B testing and incorporate data-driven insights into designs.
• Contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) through design.

What We're Looking For

• 4-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX & Graphic Design (preferably e-commerce).
• A degree or certification from a recognized design school.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma; CorelDRAW is a plus.
• Strong, stable work experience (not frequent job changes).
• A portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX projects and creative design work.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a user-first mindset.
