Job Description

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with Figma & UI/UX, in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes, as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UIs.
  • A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI-Figma designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wire-framing, interaction design and design best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups and highly interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Should possess good knowledge of PBI.
  • Excellent knowledge in Data Modelling is required.
  • Should have good experience in DAX.
  • Proven experience in Data Analysis and logical thinking is needed.
  • Ability to understand product specifications and user psychology to inform design decisions.
  • Should conduct concept and usability testing, gathering valuable feedback.
  • Proven experience in creating user personas based on thorough user research and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in defining the appropriate interaction model and evaluate its success.
  • Should develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and expectations
  • Innovatively address UX problems, focusing on usability and findability.
  • Need to collaborate closely with UI designers to implement visually appealing designs.
  • Posses the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and prototypes to developers.
  • Background in project management and the ability to conduct effective research is preferred.
  • Should stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform design strategies.
